Cebu Island: Romantische vakanties

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het was een buffetvorm, met veel mogelijkheid om te kiezen. De rooftop pool was prachtig. De kamers waren zeer net. De ligging is heel goed. De bar had een pooltafel en er was karaoke. Dus overall, prijs kwaliteit zeer correct. Mij zien ze er zeker terug.

Crimson Spa & Resort is a great place to stay and enjoy some downtime. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained with a natural flora theme. The pool is clean and refreshing with a beautiful view of the ocean. AKA restaurant features traditional Japanese selections that are delicious and wonderfully plated, some of the best Japanese food I have had. Breakfast at the Saffron was a surprising change from the typical hotel buffet. It featured a wide selection from traditional Filipino to Western selections and the pastries were a feast for the eyes as well. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, we were always greeted warmly and respectfully from the groundskeepers to the front desk, all of them were willing to help make our stay memorable. The airport shuttle service is on-site, prompt and courteous, about 20 minutes to Mactan-Cebu Intl. Only issue I experienced was the shower in our room did not have hot water. The sink and tub did, I think it was an issue in that room only as our companions' rooms did have hot showers. I didn't mention it to staff as it was late and having already spent several weeks in Bohol, Panglao I was used to "cold" showers. When we return next year, I plan on at least two nights at Crimson to experience the amenities in more detail.

Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed some bread for us, as we were heading for bantayan island the next day, and didn't know where to stop for a quick bite along the way. The staff are very friendly. It is a family-friendly resort that even infants get to enjoy playing in the swimming pool. My son loved the slide so much. Too bad they close the kiddie pool early and leave only one pool open. Dinner was scrumptious at the Havana restaurant.

Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines houses with foodshops. It is save to walk around to resort, but it is better to do that with 2 person's or more. I will come back in the future.
