Matalascañas: Romantische vakanties

The Hotel is just perfect

Mooi hotel, heerlijk groot zwembad ( beetje fris) . Goed ontbijt . Aan de rand van t centrum , half uurtje lopen tot echte centrum. Verder gewoon goed hotel

Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but the mess wasn’t cleaned and the coffee pods weren’t replenished. There was no turndown service on the first night, and I had to ask for water because it wasn’t replenished. I appreciated the front office staff and the property, but I expected much better room maintenance and housekeeping from a five-star hotel.

Mooie accommodatie. Zeer dicht bij centrum. Goed geïsoleerd dus geen last van rumoer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Heerlijke gelegen midden in het centrum. Hotel was zeer warm ingericht. Alle ruimtes soort huiskamer. Kamers authentiek maar met de nodige luxe afgewerkt

An absolutely amazing stay! This hotel is a true oasis in the heart of the city. The architecture, interior design, and attention to every little detail are simply breathtaking. Everything feels thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality products. Every corner is a feast for the eyes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and stylish experience.
