En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, hay algunas áreas de oportunidad, como la máquina de hielos que no había en ningún piso.
En cuanto al personal, la atención de todos es excelente. Buen trato y excelente servicio.
En particular, la ayuda de Gabriel para el término de mi estancia fue muy buena, pude contar con lo necesario para tener un late check out y permanecer en el hotel hasta la salida de mi vuelo.

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff at this property is amazing, kind and genuine. I love that the spa amenities are available to all guests, not just those scheduled for treatments! Very unique. I did go to yoga one morning and there was no room, instructor didn’t do anything to make room for me. That is the only negative experience of the entire visit. Our concierge Perla was wonderfully helpful. The food was delicious and unique to each restaurant. Even the breakfast offerings were different and unique! This is our 3rd visit to the One and Only, would plan to return again!!💝
