Stay away from this place!!! No one is on the same accord, and this place lacks customer service or value paying customers. Food selection was terrible. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES AGAIN. Staff very rude, and not helpful especially post hurricane.

Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors.
"balcony is too small.
No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees)

The resort is nice but not one of the nicest we have stayed in. There isn't a whole lot to do so it is more the a person or couple who just want to relax. The beach is also not one of the nicest compared to other resorts down the beach from this resort but they do offer huts which the others don't for sun protection. Water was clean and beautiful.
