The best service we have experienced on this trip. Exceptional service by the staff, gourmet breakfast and well thought amenities made it a great trip.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, smiling, and attentive staff who were always available on WhatsApp for any questions. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was equally roomy, and the cozy décor made us feel right at home every time we returned. One of the highlights was the small balcony attached to our room — it truly was the cherry on top! Enjoying breakfast there, surrounded by the beautiful old town architecture, made our stay even more special. As if the experience wasn't already perfect, the host surprised me with a bottle of homemade wine as a birthday gift! I have no idea how they knew, but this thoughtful gesture exceeded all expectations. It was such a lovely touch. I also really appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage after checkout — a small but meaningful perk. If I were to offer any small piece of advice, it would be about the noise. You can hear footsteps and conversations from neighboring rooms, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Additionally, there are several steps to climb to reach the house and the rooms, which could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns. For us, neither of these things were an issue, but it's worth noting. Overall, this is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik — we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great location with sea views from every room—our room had an incredible spot for watching the sunset, which was definitely one of the highlights of our evenings. Both breakfast and dinner offered decent quality and a good variety. However, service quality was very hit-or-miss. While some staff members were genuinely attentive, others were borderline rude, which was particularly disappointing. Another downside was the maintenance of the sunbed areas near the sea. They weren't cleaned regularly, and we found numerous cigarette butts left in the same spot day after day. Instead of rushing guests to leave in the evening, the team should focus on keeping the beach area clean. Overall, our stay was still very enjoyable and the hotel maintains a high standard—though I would rate it a solid 4-star rather than a 5-star experience.

Super logement, trés bien situé dans la vieille ville, tout est facilement accessible à pieds. Malgré la proximité avec les bars/restaurants le logement est bien isolé, c'est trés calme . L'accès se fait de façon autonome, c'est trés simple. Seul bémol , peut être à rajouter dans le logement, pas de produits de base comme du vinaigre pour faire de la cuisine , il n'y avait pas d'égouttoir et nous avons dû acheter du papier toilettes .

Belle chambre rénovée avec vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner sur une terrasse vue sur le port pittoresque de Cavtat. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul point noir est le ballet incessant des avions qui survolent aussi bien l’hôtel que le port. J’y reviendrai mais hors saison.

Absolutely amazing: stay here if you're visiting Dubrovnik, want to stay in the old town, and (by nature of the previous desire) are okay with stairs. The room is beautifully situated in town and the hosts are incredible: local recommendations, fascinating stories, and one night I received all the figs I could ask for and a shot of rakija with advice to take them in the morning! It was good advice. They take their hospitality seriously - no impersonal sterile environment here. Oh, and the view is great too, as is the close proximity to the airport shuttle. To summarize: here you will find genuine, personable hospitality and a safe, quiet place to rest for the night. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Apartment Sunset Cavtat. The apartment was modern, spacious and immaculate. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. The air conditioning was really good and you couldn’t hear it . The best part is the view from the balcony, it’s stunning. Peter made us feel so welcome and was always on hand if we needed anything. We would have no hesitation in recommending it. It is very near the main promenade literally five minutes , although there are quite a few steps if you are infirm. Thank you so much for your hospitality . We would love to come back.
