Excellent resort. We missed our flight and the resort amended our booking free of charge. Rooms are spotless. Staff are all very nice. Food is great and lots of variety. The island is beautiful and the beach is kept clean. This place is 100% value for money. Maybe not the most luxurious resort at Maldives but for an affordable price u can experience a water chalet stay at Maldives. Only minor point would be the hardness of the bed... But a lot of hotels have this issue.
I wouldn't hesitate booking at Veligandu again next time.

We really felt very welcome from the start until the end. The staff is extremely friendly without being pushy. The atmosfere on the island is heavenly. The food is great. The diving is superb, really nice divibg sites not too far off. We were here before and definitely will be back.
