Goede accommodatie op fantastische locatie dichtbij enkele van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in Chicago.

Was really looking forward to staying here as it’s always been fully booked in the past. Stayed in a double queen room on a lower floor. No issues with noise etc. Check in was easy except that I wasn’t expecting to be charged $500.00 worth of up front fees for services I wouldn’t be using. Being charged a resort fee when you don’t have access to a spa, pool, etc. is ridiculous. Was only staying 4 days and our time was fully booked. We didn’t use the pool, we didn’t eat breakfast, we didn’t use or see a spa. Took Ubers to/from every where so did not use parking. Did not dare touch anything in the refrigerator or snack bar prices were outrageous. The room was just okay. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Finishes are all a bit frayed. Beds were comfortable but too high for short people and to make matters worse there was no lounge chair in the room. You could only sit on the bed. There was one ottoman and one suitcase stand. No chair. The bathroom was okay, except the metal piece you pushed in to shower came flying out every time you turned water off. Tried Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and was not impressed - expensive, chewy ribeye without much flavor was disappointing though service was good. Starbucks on the corner was a plus and the location is centrally located to everything. And the weather was amazing! I truly wanted to love this stay, I just didn’t. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of a lot of love and updates.
