Vaturova: Golfvakanties

Unfortunately, Beachcomber Island Resort was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised on Expedia. This property is listed as a 4-star resort, but in our experience, it was closer to a 2-star property at best. We saw roaches at the breakfast buffet, including on serving utensils. The food was poor, the drinks included in the package were nearly undrinkable, and our shower had mold. The rooms are not fully sealed, so noise carries throughout the night. We also felt overnight guests were often overlooked while staff catered more to day-trip visitors. The conditions were bad enough that we left three nights early and paid to stay elsewhere. We spoke directly with the General Manager about our experience. He later contacted me and stated that we would be refunded for our three unused nights and meals. At his request, I provided my banking information for the refund. After receiving it, he stopped responding. I have followed up and still have not received the promised refund. We travel frequently and have used Expedia for years, and this is the first property we have stayed at that differed this much from its listing. I strongly recommend Expedia reevaluate the 4-star rating. I would not recommend this property.

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The freshly refurbished Sheraton Villas are beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered—from the cushions on the lounge to the soft linen sheers and practical blockout curtains. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, complemented by indulgently soft pillows and quality linen that make it very easy to settle in and relax. The bathrooms are immaculate and contemporary, featuring modern stone finishes and crisp architectural lines. Textured tiles add warmth and character, while the dedicated vanity and makeup seat are particularly thoughtful touches. The adjustable television with Chromecast functionality makes it easy to enjoy your own entertainment. The pool is beautifully maintained and provides a relaxing setting throughout the day, while Island 619 consistently delivers with its extensive breakfast selection, quality food and attentive service. Families should make time to explore the kids’ club, while adults looking for a little more excitement should definitely try the jet skis. Guests also have convenient access to the full range of resort services, neighbouring resorts and the many dining options available throughout Denarau’s resorts and marina. The overall experience is stylish, comfortable and wonderfully welcoming—an excellent choice for both families and couples.
