Jamaica: Goedkope Vakanties

personnel très aimable belle plage bons restaurants

Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!

Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting

Nothing was appealing with this property

The shuttle that Expedia chose was awful. no ac on the ride there and the return could only go through what's app and they would not answer or respond in any way till the morning we were to leave they said contact the 24 hours before so that was a waste of money. had to book a different one to go back. Iberostar- the lobby is nice rooms are nice & Clean and great shower! But rooms have a very musty/ moldy smell if you have the ac turned down so its not freezing in the room. Food is excellent some restaurants were hard to get into so book early. Excursions through hotel seemed pricey. and stores in hotel were over priced! My son had to leave 2 days early and Expedia said, Iberostar would only change it if it were equal to or more $ for 2 days less. and no money back wanted to charge more???? However the Hotel denied this and said it was all through Expedia that they are know for that... vendors on beach and security tend to yell greetings to each other at 6 am and construction on pool started at 7 am (not a great way to relax on vacation)

Vriendelijk personeel ,eten was goed .Vlak aan het strand

Zeer gedateerd en middelmatig hotel

Het all in is een hele goede optie zelf drank was er bij in Was veheel goed tevreden met het hotel
