This is a hotel where you truly don’t have to worry about a thing. Everything is perfectly arranged, and every detail is taken care of with exceptional attention and high-quality service. The hotel is beautiful, and the cleanliness is truly outstanding. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the entire facility is kept in perfect condition at all times. We especially noticed how the staff continuously clean and maintain the pool area and all common facilities throughout the day, making everything feel fresh, hygienic, and well cared for at every moment. The service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious. We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely be coming back next year! A special thank you to Noel, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. And a huge thank you to Mustafa from Dafne Restaurant, who provided us with truly unforgettable service and made our experience even more special. Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great.

Echt een perfecte hotel Schone kamer,aardige personeel,lekker eten,echt om van te genieten van je reis

alles aanwezig in het hotel en vriendelijk personeel zeer proper zwembad - eten was vaak wat flauw - animatie in de avond is beperkt , indien je niet tijdig in de beach bar zit ( waar er animatie is ) , heb je geen plaats. Er zijn nog wel andere bars beschikbaar in het hotel maar de sfeer is daar minimaal ( weinig tot geen muziek ).

Heel groot hotel waar altijd wel iets te doen is. Toen wij er waren begin juni niet veel volk dus stoelen genoeg aan zwembad en strand. Eten was goed en gevulde mini bar oo de kamer bij in de all in.

alles aanwezig in het hotel en vriendelijk personeel zeer proper zwembad - eten was vaak wat flauw - animatie in de avond is beperkt , indien je niet tijdig in de beach bar zit ( waar er animatie is ) , heb je geen plaats. Er zijn nog wel andere bars beschikbaar in het hotel maar de sfeer is daar minimaal ( weinig tot geen muziek ).
