Friendly staf. Juan was really helpful at check in, marvelous view good room, net and complete. Car parking very well underneath hotel. Only minor airco very noisy

Old room for high price

I liked how close the hotel was to a big train station where you could also take trams and busses. Right in front of the hotel there also was a tram. Within walking distance you can find plenty of super markets/convenience stores and two smaller shopping malls/centers with different kinds of shops and food. All the places we wanted to visit were very easy to reach from our hotel. The area felt safe and we didn't experience any noise issues even though we were literally next to the train tracks. Sometimes you'd hear a train but nothing too loud or noisy. The AC was our biggest issues. It was terribly hot the week we were there and you could barely feel the AC. We mentioned this multiple times and they said they would take a look. But they never got back to us. We eventually noticed other people getting a standing fan and had to ask one for ourselves. I feel like they should have offered it themselves cause they knew we were having a hard time sleeping due to the warmth. Another issues was the housekeeping. They were really inconsistent with what time they were coming. Sometimes we came back to our hotel room around 3-5 pm and the room had yet to be cleaned. I honestly expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. It definitely wasn't bad just not 4 star level. It was the small stuff like small elevators, 1 tiny shower gel for 2 people, staff not anticipating your needs (like the fan), not refilling tissues or creamers without asking etc.

De nachten waren niet zo rustig door het lawaai van de tram en de bussen. De kamer trillede letterlijk elke keer de tram voorbij reed. Het zou aangenamer geweest moest er gratis drinkwater gegeven worden op de kamer. Wat ik persoonlijk het jammer vond. De rest is oké.

Waanzinnig hotel. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze suite en personeel staat 24/7 voor je klaar. Een aanrader!

Wij komen al tientallen jaren in Montreux en dit hotel is voor ons een icoon. Veel moois van Montreux komt allemaal samen in het hotel of in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Ons bezoek was een stopover. Op veel manieren hebben we ons op de terassen en rondom het zwembad kunnen verwennen. Het enige wat die standaard voor ons niet gehaald heeft is de kamer. Weliwaar een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer, maar niet het "grandeur" gevoel " waar ik mij wel op ingesteld had..

Centraal gelegen en vriendelijk personeel

Super fijn hotel. Heel schoon en op een goede locatie. Op loopafstand van het station en het oude centrum is ook lopend met 25 minuten te bereiken.
