Japan: All-inclusive vakanties

Disappointed.

.

It was a clean room, friendly staff. We were happy with the laundry/dryer combination on the room.

Alles

We stayed at Fairmont Tokyo from 23 to 27 October and the experience was outstanding. The hotel itself is modern and elegant, with beautiful views over Tokyo and the bay, comfortable rooms and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the staff. The concierge team helped us with restaurant reservations all over Tokyo, Shinkansen tickets and many last-minute requests. When we were running late for dinner, the Front Office called the restaurant for us within minutes. On our departure day, when our train tickets went missing, the concierge sent a team member to the station and had new tickets in our hands well before the train. Every request was handled quickly, politely and with genuine care, even late at night. Special thanks to the Concierge, Front Office and Duty Manager teams. We highly recommend Fairmont Tokyo and hope to return.

They have not coffe, not clean up my room after 3 nights. Etc. But is nice place . I like the laundry machine inside.

We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Very nice Japanese breakfast

It was a bit difficult to find and the entry to the elevators and doors to the Hotel room were a bit inconvenient, everything else was good. Nice clean hotel with laundry facilities within the room and full kitchen. Staff were also very good.
