Polyegos: All-inclusive vakanties

The one positive I will note is that the property is perfectly situated just outside the busy area which means there is virtually no noise at night. It is also within walking distance of central Naoussa and Avant Mar Beach Club. The room itself is modern-looking and spacious however, the cleanliness was unfortunately subpar. The carpet in the room appeared dirty and had a horrible musty smell that lingered throughout the room unless we kept the AC running to circulate the air. The shower walls were covered in soap scum and visible water marks which was disappointing. I always check the bed before settling in and I found fresh stains on the mattress cover underneath the sheets. We immediately notified housekeeping, and a young man named Mohammed came to replace it with a clean mattress cover which I appreciated. Another issue was the lack of adequate bedding. The only covering provided at night was a thin sheet and I found myself quite chilly on the first night. I asked the older gentleman who appeared to be the property manager if we could have a thicker blanket as there were no extra blankets stored in the room. Unfortunately he was quite resistant and told me that they do not provide extra blankets suggesting instead that I should simply not sleep with the AC on. I found this response dismissive and not particularly accommodating. He finally agreed to provide a blanket after arguing that I dont sleep with the AC on. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, tolles Frühstück.

The place was beautiful, nice room and amenities. They have only opened the hotel a couple of years ago so there are small improvements that are required but all in all it was a pleasant stay. They could improve the pool area by adding a nice pool bar, improve their pool side menu and ensure there are no leaks from the ceiling in communal areas. Having said that, it’s a super nice place and the rooms with a private pool are super comfortable and nice

Prachtig nieuw hotel met oog voor detail. Personeel super vriendelijk, jammer genoeg kunnen ze bij het ontbijt geen 3 dingen onthouden. Denkelijk ook te wijten aan slechte communicatie tussen keuken en personeel.

Bij aankomst op de kamer lagen er lange haren, ook in de badkamer. Na melding werd er gedweild. Ontbijt en bediening was matig. Slappe filterkoffie en geen keus in ontbijt. Ontbijt is standaard. Beter is om een keuzelijstje te maken waarop je aangeeft wat je wilt hebben. Omdat ik aan een croissantje genoeg heb wordt de rest waarschijnlijk weggegooid. Voedselverspilling!

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was great and location is awesome. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfect to stay in Pairikia. Port for ferry and bus at a 12min walk and lots of food options within 5 min. Breakfast is great and very diverse. Hotel staff is mega helpful and will arrange anything if asked. Only downside is the bathroom. In comparison tot the hotel and rooms itself it is very outdated and i think mainly the shower needs a update with a little more space to place your toiletries (bag).
