Lüneburger Heide: All-inclusive vakanties

Our prepaid business week was completely sabotaged by this hotel. We had a full week booked and fully prepaid for an essential business trip. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived a day late (after the first night). Instead of professional hospitality or basic problem-solving, we were treated appallingly. The hotel had brazenly resold our room to someone else and marked us as a 'no-show'. This means they collected money twice for the exact same room: once through our prepaid reservation, and a second time from the new guest. Pure double-dipping! To make matters worse, they only offered a room for just one night (until tomorrow), leaving the rest of our business week completely unresolved, and provided no suitable alternative accommodation for the remaining days. When we demanded accountability, they had the nerve to offer a measly 10% refund after keeping our money for a week we were locked out of. The staff lacked basic professionalism, empathy, or any understanding of corporate hospitality. This hotel essentially pockets your money and leaves business travelers stranded. Save your company the financial loss and frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great hideout nearby hamburg.

This is a really nice hotel and the lady serving dinner and the older gentlemen behind the reception were fantastic, in contrary to the lady serving breakfast. World of difference (older vs young?). The swimming pol wellnes is amazing but what?, no towels, you need to use your towels from the room. That is a negative point. What else is positive and negative at the same time. Great terrace outside and the weather was beautiful but we were the only 2 out of some 15 people that did not smoke. The whole place is like an ashtray and you are completely covered in smoke, all evening long. The time for a smoke free terrace is now!

Zeer gehorig hotel en afvoer maakt continu geluid. Tevens waren er werkzaamheden die om 7uur begonnen en niet vooraf werden gecommuniceerd. Ik zou dit hotel afraden.
