Canada - New England: All-inclusive vakanties

The Hotel is outside the main centre. This means one has to walk ca 25 minutes or take a taxi/uber. However, there are various shops and restaurants in the area. Rooms are functional and clean. Could do with an update, but not too bad. During our stay (during the week) there was no buffet breakfast option available (only a la carte). This was disappointing to us. Apparently only available during weekends. We wanted a late check-out (normal check-out time is 12 noon), we asked for one extra hour (we had flight later that afternoon). We were told that it was not possible, as they were supposedly fully booked. However, this meant we had no more access to the room or the safe in the room. As such we had to carry all our passports and valuables during the morning into town. This was rather disappointing. People at front desk (reception) do not look guests into the eyes, do not listen when I speak to them. They seem to be on auto pilot. Concierge was very helpful. This is a good hotel in terms of functionality, cleanliness, noise etc.
