Dominicaanse Republiek: All-inclusive vakanties

Het was een perfect resort en alles was goed geregeld. Antonio alias taliban van het entertainment team was de allerbeste en is onze vriend geworden.

ur stay was okay. The rooms were dated. We stayed in the adult only side and there were very few places to eat. It's also not ALL inclusive. You have to pay for ala carte places to eat and most were on the family side. No swim up bar at the adult side pool. The green fee at the golf course was free but they did not accept cash in a lot of places and the cart rental was extremely high per person as well as the club rental. We had one waitress named Maria in the adult buffet that was FANTASTIC.

Everything was clean, marina view was beautiful. Food was iffy . Activities were ok, staff very helpful though and friendly.

L’hôtel est incroyable. Les piscines sont propres et calmes. Les transats sont très confortables. Il y avait toujours de la place. La nourriture de l’hôtel est de qualité. Il y a énormément de restaurants. Que ce soit a la carte ou buffet. C’était partout excellent. Nous avons été au Chic Cabaret le restaurant spectacle et nous avons adoré, très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec douche et bain. Le complexe est immense, on peut se promener le long de la plage. Le gros point négatif : la communication. Nous sommes arrivés tard et n’avons pas eu d’explications concernant le fonctionnement de l’hotel. Le lendemain matin je vais a la réception demander des informations, mais la dame me dit qu’il n’y a que 1 restaurant : celui au bord de plage. Bon bizarre. L’après-midi je retourne a la réception demander des informations et la on me dit de regarder dans l’application. Malgré l’application je ne comprend pas tout. Je retourne a la réception et cette fois si on me dit de m’adresser a mon «  buttler » la encore je leur dit que je ne sais pas ce que c’est/ qui c’est. En arrivant a contacter buttler et en redemander une x fois des informations j’en reçois un peu plus mais a moitié. C’est seulement a la moitié du séjour que j’ai compris le fonctionnement de l’hotel. Ainsi aussi pour trouver le restaurant « La Adelita » apres avoir marché 45 min dans tout le complexe, aucun membre de l’équipe na su correctement m’expliquer ou le trouver.

El personal es muy amable pero por el precio que cuesta el hotel el servicio de habitaciones, comidas deben ser mejor siempre la misma comida.

My husband and I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel is nice, staff is nice as well however most of them don’t speak English so communication was a bit difficult. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled like the literal sewer so we could not even swim in the water, we just mostly stayed by the pool area. The restaurants are all by reservation only, if you don’t have a reservation then you cannot go. The food was just ok, nothing too special however the buffet on the family side was great. The drinks were also just ok, everything tasted a little strange. Husband and I both also got stomach bugs from eating the food and drinking drinks but that is just about expected in DR. The workers start cleaning and mowing the grass everyday at 7AM so be ready to be woken up. Also, they will try to make you go to a timeshare presentation, don’t fall for it. Stay was just ok, probably won’t be back.

There were very limited seafood and vegetarian options available. The resort also did not offer many activities or entertainment options. However, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay
