Staff very courteous all throughout the stay; good all inclusive package, quality of the food is excellent, close to the standard of a five stars. Very clean and well maintained facility.
The main drawback for this resort is the very abundabt seaweed all across the beach, which makes swiming in the sea impossible at this location. I think it is worst in the summer and certainly not like the pictures. You have to drive all across the island, 50 minutes, to get to a nice beach (7 miles beach). Good side of it is that the resort is in a very peaceful part of the island, outside the crowd.
Also, if you are in the Castaway building, beware of the roosters - it is througout the island, but there are more across this part of the resort; they may wake you up at 3:00 every morning.
