It’s very nice place and close to everything

This is a tough one. The accommodation was generous and the location was perfect. I would describe the staff as slightly disinterested. I pulled up to valet and had to go inside the lobby to find instruction. I felt like I had walked into the wrong wedding. No greeting and weird stares. I pointed to my car out front and was asked if I wanted valet. I responded that I didn’t know there were other options. I was told I could park on street. In DC? I opted for valet but nobody moved to assist so I loaded up my luggage and after check-in rolled it upstairs to the 7th floor. Very large room -- nice accommodation and designated as “pure” for allergen sensitive guests. Not sure if this was artful rebranding because the cabinet holding the coffee maker and fridge, once opened smelled musty. Fantastic shower with great water pressure. Picking up my valet car in the morning was challenging. I was asked where the hotel parked it -- how would I know? I was told there is no valet between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. -- useful info to have had the night before. I was invited to stroll the parking lot with front desk to find it. I declined. Manager just stared in my direction never offering an apology. I recommend the property for room size and location. The other stuff works its way out and might just be worth it.

Beautiful hotel in a very beautiful and great location. An area witj plenty of restaurants, free of traffic and at walking distance from all the monuments. Really a great choice.
