Pommers Merenplateau: All-inclusive vakanties

This hotel is not up to Radisson blue standard as the personel is extremely inadequate and some even very unfriendly. on arrival I found out breakfast was not included, so asked to add this to my room. This was said to be done. Next day at breakfasst my name and room were not on the list. The extremely unfriendly lady at the desk told me I could not go in for breakfast and I needed to go to reception first and pay. I told her to just add it to my room (as all hotels do when someone not on the list wants to add breakfast). I told her I am traveling for business and on a tight schedule, so no time to que with all the checkouts to pay for breakfast. But she was very unfirendly and would not let me in. I qued at reception and once there, I didn't have to pay directly, it would be charged to my room! So why couldn't she do that???? Breakfast room was way to small for amount of hotel rooms and I had to wait for a table. Breakfast itsself was very standard / basic. Not what you expect for €25! only 2 coffe machines so had to que there as well. You can imagine I did not have much time to eat much because of this. I was teribly dissapointed at the service and the manners of the personel. I wil definatly not be staying here again. There are much better hotels with friendly staff and better breakfast, for a lower price in Stettin!

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und der Balkon war auch geräumig mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und uns es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Saunabereich hat uns auch gut gefallen. Wir waren mit unserer 17 Jährigen Tochter da und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
