It looks like it has been designed by Phillippe Starks! We loved the high cealing, the huge glass shower, the lobby, the mini bar, Karl Lagerfeld soaps, top quality bed and linen. Incredible ventilation. Original windows. Next time, we will enjoy that awesome pool in the summer, and we will try the rooftop bar.

tout était comme sur les photos, pas de mauvaise surprise, pas de taxe supplémentaire à payer à la fin du séjour. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, le lit est super confortable, nous avions pris le studio Murphy il est largement assez grand avec sa petite cuisine pour se faire à manger. L’accueil est chaleureux, souriant bien veillant, écoute et répond à nos demandes. Bien placé à 5min d’un arrêt de métro pour rejoindre le centre de mannathan en 15min. Bien plus calme que la plupart des hôtel touristique de Times square. Merci pour ce séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitez.

Bonjour. il y a eu un petit problème à l'arrivée, ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation mais tout a fini par s'arranger. une petite anecdote, un bagagiste nous "demandé" 5$ pour déposer une valise et deux sacs du taxi à la réception... L'hôtel est très bien placé.

An absolute gem! At first glance it does not look like a four star hotel but finally it deserves being one: the personnel is definitely first class, the room (201) is very comfortable with an excellent bed and an original and convenient layout, the large windows are perfectly isolated from the (moderate) noise of the street and from the daylight, the 24/7 coffee and tea self service is a good idea even though we would have preferred a Nespresso machine in our room. And finally the rooftop is a fantastic feature where we enjoyed sunsets with food from across the street. The area is very nice and safe, with many metro and bus stations around and plenty of restaurants, several of them where the hotel gets you discounts.
