I came for House music on the beach and stayed an extra 2 days…. my overall stay was excellent…That steamed Snapper in foil was amazing, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great. Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times.

The room was a 2 star room - it was cleaned but the AC remote did not work, the security lock on the door didn't work, the toilet seat would not stay up. The workmanship in the room was horrible - you could look outside from the side, top and bottom of the door. The latch on the door looked like someone was trying to remove it. The finish in the shower and the placement of the glass around the shower and toilet was filled with poorly applied caulking that was black, the glass was discolored, the front of the bathroom vanity had a glass panel and it was broken. The food in the dining room was a 2 star - the chicken looked like it was served for lunch, dinner and again at breakfast. Very disappointed as the property came up as 4 star and 5 star on one site. The grounds are well maintained and the beach looked nice. There is no valet service - it is at the discretion of the bellman (of which there are only 2). The parking lot is half a mile away and so is the main dining room. Of all the staff we encountered, only two were helpful and pleasant. Lots of remedial work and staff training needed here. Won't ever return or recommend this property to anyone
