Very helpful staff, and you could choose what time you wanted to receive breakfast. The rooms were very modernly decorated. And the driver was already waiting at the airport to take me directly to the hotel.

Very bad experience at Hotel Viaje Downtown Caïro Upon arrival, we were given an “upgrade,” but the room was completely unfinished: no air conditioning, no wardrobe, and nothing like the photos. The next day we were moved to another room, which was acceptable for the price and location. The staff were friendly though. However, our stay was completely ruined by a serious safety issue. During our stay, several personal items (make-up) went missing from our room. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but it kept happening. This made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. We reported this to the manager, who promised an investigation and compensation before our departure. On the day of check-out, he was not there, and after that we never heard from him again. To this day, there has been no response and no resolution. This situation overshadowed and ruined our entire vacation. In addition, the photos of the hotel are misleading, the lift is extremely small, and the building feels unsafe due to poor stairways and abandoned areas. Most of the written reviews also do not match our experience at all — they seem like they were written for a completely different place. Conclusion: friendly staff and good location, but poor rooms, lack of safety, and no proper service. Absolutely not recommended.

Het was een schone accommodatie, maar de klink zat nog maar aan 1 schroef vast en er zat een gat in de grond die ze hadden bedekt met een soort mat. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en ik heb een fijne tijd gehad.
