Lichadonisia: Romantische vakanties

Vriendelijk personeel, smoezelige kamer. Ontbijt comme si, comme sa....

Enkele haren in het bed en op de handdoeken. Beddengoed niet vervangen, enkel de haren weggenomen. 2x maaltijd gekregen die niet overeenkwam met de bestelling. Zwembad en accommodatie was is wel top. Vriendelijk personeel

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff, although the road in front is very noisy (this is the same for all hotels here). We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Hotel lijkt luxer op de foto’s dan het in werkelijkheid is. Is wel schoon en netjes en ligt dicht bij de metro. Prima hotel voor 2 nachtjes in een standaard kamer. Voor langere tijd zou ik een luxere (duurdere) kamer nemen.

Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff neither helped nor seemed interested in resolving the situation. The breakfast was inedible. Plates and glasses were dirty, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly throughout our stay. To make matters even worse, the man working at the bar asked us not to pay by card and appeared to pocket the cash himself instead of processing the payment properly. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would definitely not recommend staying here.
