Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz: Romantische vakanties

Très bonne situation, Personnel, très accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service et de bon conseil Très beau Riad, très calme pour l’endroit.

Nice property at 5km from Medina (Marrakech), but can use some works. Good thing was that they were doing it and I think there's big potential for the future, because villa's were very spacious and well equiped and prices are OK. Service was very good and personnel is very friendly and helpfull and this from poolboy to roomcleaning and in the restaurant and at the counter. This was really a plus. Thank you for that. Nice breakfast and possibility to eat in the villa with roomservice. Prices are OK and choice of food is OK. Only one restaurant on site (another at 1km (golf clubhouse (very nice)) and no shop available. A shop would be nice for buying some stuff for the villa. If you have a car, it's no problem (shops at 5km from the property.) Pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it in this period of the year, but that's in most of the properties, so .... Weather was nice and a very spacious villa, so no worries.

The beginning and the end could have been better, way to much rules that is too bad. On the other hand the snacks in the aqua park wonderfull!! The Food in general also did not dissapoint.. The shows and entertainment also a big ten!!!

This hotel was a completely charming stay. The service provided by Hayet and her staff makes it easy to feel totally comfortable and get the most of a visit to Marrakesh. The full service provided by the staff was fantastic and the room we stayed in was perfect, beautifully designed, and provided great peace after our days walking around the medina. We will absolutely stay again when we return to Marrakech!

The place is a little paradise 30-40 min outside of the buzz of Marrakech. The staff and owner make you feel like family friends :) We extended our stay to enjoy it a few days longer. I can 100% recommend if u want to combine Marrakech with some relaxation

Het personeel doet hun best, maar ze zijn een beetje langzaam

Het is een mooie Riad, alleen de badkamer was een beetje aan de krappe kant. De schoonmaakster begonnen al heel vroeg schoon te maken, maar ze waren erg luidruchtig waardoor wij gestoord werden in onze slaap en goede bedrust kregen. Het is heel gehorig. Volgende keer kiezen wij in ieder geval niet meer voor deze Riad. Onze rust tijdens ons vakantie is heel belangrijk.
