Clwyd: Luxe vakanties

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is located on slightly higher grounds, and looks out on the centre and is walking distance from the sea-side promenade. The room was comfortable but a bit cramped. The building is old, so it can be noisy, however since most other guests there are elderly there were no noisy drunks late at night! The hotel has a small pool inside and outside, the spa facilities are great; lovely people! Housekeeping forgot to replenish the biscuits in the room, and the battery of the remote was dead. Reception staff was at times very friendly, at times also very distant. Breakfast is served in the beautiful restaurant, and can cater to you personal needs. All in all I enjoyed my stay, and i would come there again. Parking is difficult, but there are some spaces for guests, but it is better if you have a small car.
