Gulf Islands National Seashore: Luxe vakanties

The condo was spacious. The resort in very nice. We checked in at 4:30 pm and found a midge fly issue in the first-floor bathroom. The management company took care of it, but it did take 24 hours. Needless to say, we did not use that bathroom but while showing the exterminator the issue. I noticed a substance (looks like toothpaste) smeared between the door jam and the vanity. The floors in the condo were swept but not clean. The hide a bed in the living room was so dirty and stained that the blue and white striped couch looks gray and they but the clean sheets on that. so did not use that. The rest of the furniture is brown so not sure how dirty but oversized and uncomfortable. The condo is kind of updated. It has LVP flooring except the stairs that has carpeting that has seen better days. the bathrooms have tile and a weird transition from tile to LVP. The exhaust fans have been replaced and the patch job for the opening is not complete in every bathroom along with no sanding and painting around the replacement. The shower curtain rod had mildew, and the shower rods and rings need to be replaced. It is very clear the owners or management are not checking of this rental.
