West-Maryland: Luxe vakanties

Staff were helpful and very clear with rules and regulations. The rooms are really nice and organized. Parking is free and accessible. The breakfast area isn’t much but then again it isn’t a classy hotel so don’t expect much in that department. Overall the experience being there is great, there isn’t anything really bad I could say. Would 100% stay here again but not long term.

We spent a nice couple of days in town for a college homecoming and the accomodations were great! The room was clean, the hot tub and pool were a nice break and the breakfast was perfect!

We booked this hotel partly because it was pet friendly and also because of the more reasonable rates. We booked pretty far in advance of the FSU Homecoming/Family Weekend. Previous experiences with the Best Western chain have been positive. We found our room to be pretty clean. Fridge and microwave seemed relatively new. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, but the whole property is in need of updating and TLC!! Paint, new carpeting or laminate would make a huge difference!! Hallway carpet was stained in many places and the carpet near our door had actual holes in it and was shredded at the threshold. Breakfast was average - waffles, eggs and breakfast meat, cereal, yogurt, etc. All staff with whom we had contact were pleasant and helpful. Not sure I would stay here again unless I knew that renovations had occurred.
