Ik moest voor mijn vriendin aparte kamer gaan boeken omdat zij Tunisian is !!

It was a fantastic opportunity, very clean, with professional staff who were also very friendly. I adored the view, how quiet it was, and the scent of jasmine everywhere in the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing, and we really appreciated the birds flying around. A few small remarks to achieve perfection: Some lamps were not working in the room. It would be better to provide two pairs of slippers in the bathroom as the room is for two persons. It would be better to have tea and coffee readily available at breakfast, either through a self-service machine or ready to serve, instead of having to ask the waiter for a cup of coffee or tea each time.

All though the food is delicious, The food area is full of flies. Very disgusting. All food is constantly touched by flies. Maybe put some of those fans to keep the flies away? The cleaning products they are very smelly and cheap smell. I had to open the balcony door so I could breath. Their system to book the à la cart restaurant dinners was always fully booked, WiFi is unstable. I had to take my meetings at the reception.

Hôtel magnifique, personnel extrêmement serviable. Belle piscine, buffet copieux et varié. La connexion wifi est très mauvaise, par contre.

Cela faisait 7 ans que je n'y étais plus venue. L'hotel n'as pas changer si ce n'est qu'en régressant ce qui est triste et malheureux. L'emplacement très bien situer avec vue sur la mer ce qui m'a ete très agréable., Ma chambre et salle de bain été grande et je dirais fonctionnel. Néanmoins, je n'avait pas de chaise sut mon balcon et l'état de la moquette catastrophique (tâches incruster de partout ce qui m'a le plus choquer particulièrement) et quant à la propreté c'est vite fait et sommaire, mais heureusement qu'on y passe pas la journée.... Le buffet, bcp de choix, tres bien., le petit déjeuner a été mon moment préféré. Par contre bcp de gaspillage sur les tables er les gens sont très sale, ce qui m'a tres choquer. Les serveurs font tout ce qu'ils peuvent mais ca laisse à désirer notamment avec les nappes qui sont incruster de tâches malgré qu'elles sont "propre". Le tout inclus est top, agréable et appréciable le long de la journée. L'extérieur avec les piscines donc celle d'eau de mer, génial au top et j'ai toujours eu mon transat. L'animation la journée avec les cours de sport proposée très chouette et L'animation chaque soir étaient diversifié er sympa . Durant ma semaine, j'ai fait le bateaux pirate d'une demi journée ainsi qu'un ptit forfait spa de 2 h, au top 👍 Dans l'ensemble si on ne regarde pas au petit détail, ma semaine c'est tres bien passée. Cette hôtel aurait bien besoins d'un grand coup de fraîcheur et de modernité.
