Staff not helpful to find alternative to beachboy offers for water activities (disappointing). Shuttle to commercial centre not very convenient.

Beautifull resort, amazing ocean view, spacious villa, every night a surprise in your room,24H breakfast, sangkar restaurant AMAZING! Kidsclub fantastic, complimentary kids and adult activities. Mansion amazing service and complimentary bites.
But With GREAT thanks to our butler Parma and his team. They took care of every detail during our stay. We felt truly special, and our daughter was cherished and spoiled with the most beautiful gifts. We are deeply grateful to them. We extended our stay and will definitely return!
