Mooi hotel en heel vriendelijk personeel

The staff were very attentive and helpful, the pool was quiet and relaxing, the cabin had fantastic views and was very clean.

This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money exchange, as well as good duty free shops. Due to the weather we did not use the pool. The location is close to sightseeing places and government buildings but far away from business areas such as Galaxy.Given the unbelievable traffic jam that Tana is, the choice of location is really important when you come for business. The Wifi system is OK for Malagasy standards and it is free.
