Peleliu : Vacances à la mer

部屋は機能的で、とくに電子レンジが備えてあるのは助かりました。 問題なのはホテル側からの情報提供です。このホテルはレセプションが無く、あらかじめ指定された部屋にゲスト自身が入るようなのですが、事前にそのようなことは知らされていませんでした。幸いなことに、ホテルに頼んで手配した空港からの送迎車のドライバーが要領を心得ていたので無事チェックインできましたが、別な送迎を選択していたら、深夜に到着して路頭に迷っていたと思います。 また、宿泊2日目の深夜、就寝中に突然部屋のドアを外から何者かが開けるというハプニングがあり、直後にホテル側から、部屋を替わってほしいというメールが入りました。どうやらダブルブッキングをしていたようですが、深夜に部屋を移動せよとはあまりに非常識と感じました。 このことをホテル側に伝えたところ、謝罪とあわせて残りの滞在日の朝食をサービスするとの返信がありましたが、レセプションも無いこのホテルのどこで朝食が提供されるのか意味がわかりませんでした。翌日の夕刻、外出先からホテルに戻ると、部屋の前にテーブルが置かれ、その上に弁当が載っていました。さらにその翌日も外出先から戻ると弁当がありましたが、弁当容器の中に羽虫が湧いており、不衛生で食べられるようなものではありませんでした。 このホテルの部屋自体には不満はありませんが、ゲストに必要な情報が共有されておらず、提供されるサービスにも不備がありました。これらが改善されれば、また利用したいと思います。

Belle plage, belle piscine propre mais attention de faire respecter la propreté avec toutes les personnes habillées qui viennent de la mer sans passer par les douches. Bon restaurant, personnel très sympathique.

The hotel feels very new and modern. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, constantly striving to improve. In addition to typical Asian dishes, the breakfast offers Western options. The absolute highlight is the infinity pool overlooking the sea. All in all, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially since we spent our babymoon there.
