An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. We had a great time end of July 2019 at the gilded iguana! Very attentive staff (Loren/ Irene), lovely location in walking distance to the Beach and excellent food!! Rooms are amazing in both design and space and a Pleasure to stay in. For sure we will come Back.

The room was beautifully designed. The place is quiet and sleepy, great for solitude and peace. The area is a little tucked away from any shops or nightlife. But you will still find the basics here such as great food, convenience store, grocery, ice cream, pub, beach.

Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig.

Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.

Excelente hotel para un todo incluido. La habitación es superior a los hoteles de su clase. Falta mejorar actividades diarias para entretenimiento y los niños El Kids Club es un punto alto, la atención y entretenimiento de los mejores muy bien. Mi hijo quedó encantado Los menús de los restaurantes muy buenos. El servicio a la habitación gran beneficio Mejorar oferta de desayuno Mejorar bebidas, calidad de los cócteles y licores para ser un hotel de esta categoría, en otros te ofrecen más calidad Eso sí el Sport Bar excelente. Los cócteles y el ambiente. La atención de los meseros muy buena, se esmeran y son muy amables. Faltan ascensores, especialmente para maletas y equipaje desde la 3 planta
