« The room was spotless, the breakfast was great, and I loved the ambiance. The staff was coureous as well. »

« Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. »

« Great 3 night stay! Hotel was clean and offered everything I forgot to pack. Free hot breakfasts in the morning were tasty with a great variety of foods. Everything was clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. What a great experience! »

« Although the property was built two years ago, it’s in the shape of a twenty year old hotel. The breakfast is worse than a fast food restaurants. The front desk staff were kind, but kindness doesn’t always get the job done best. We were excited to stay here again as our first stay was wonderful a year ago. We won’t be back unfortunately after this visit. »

« Un hôtel propre et fonctionnel, au bord de l'eau, à deux pas de Grand Haven, petite ville de la côte est du lac Michigan. Un vrai havre de paix à quelques minutes des bords du lac qui fait plutôt penser à une mer... Pour du repos et un dépaysement très américain et très typique d'une petite ville US pleine de charme et de douceur. »

« The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable. »

« We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. Possible? »
