'Second time that me and my partner stayed at Citadines and this time was even better that the first one, a year and a half ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is prefect and the rooms are clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place! :)'

'King size bed, very big bathroom and shower. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant didn't have a half of the choices from the menu. However, the food that they had was quite delicious. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of fruits and vegetables, wide range of pastries. The location is very central, near big malls and shopping centres. The staff was very unprofessional, knocking the door in the late night, disturbing our rest.'

'Het hotel is ok maar in Cebu zijn er andere opties (Marco Polo, Radisson Blu) voor bijna gelijke prijzen die veel meer bieden. Geen zwembad, wifi dramatisch, shuttle service beperkt in tijden en enkel naar Ayala mall. Ontbijt is basis.'

'Luxe hotel, easy to relax in the room, Ayala mall practically around the corner. Breakfast buffet was good, enough choices.'

'Minder goed is de ontvangst. Op de begane grond (onduidelijk war het hotel is)moet je eerst naar de 3e verdieping om bij de receptie te komen. Voor de rest prima hotel qua veligheid (kluisje op de kamer en je smartcard van je kamer gebruiken in de lift) en nette kamer qua ruimte en indeling.'

'This is a great hotel to get settled in Cebu City before you head out to explore the rest of the island or depart out of the city. Rooms are relatively simple but nice. Only thing I missed was a safe but other than that it was a nice place to stay at!'

'Clean and air conditioned room with a nice bathroom and good a la carte breakfast. Also the staff was very helpful in trying to contact a hospital on Camiguin, as we needed to receive a specific medicine. Only downside to think of is Cebu city itself, as it does not have much to offer. '
