Casa Julia is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with an open plan kitchen and living rooms. It has all the modern conveniences you would expect, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and smart tv. It has lovely outside space with a private saltwater swimming pool (10m by 3m, minimum depth 1.35m) which is heated up until 16th June and from 15th September (the pool also has a security alarm), and an outside seating area perfect for alfresco dining. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Pinarello beach and the shops and restaurants of St Lucie de Porto Vecchio are only a 5 minute walk away. Figari airport is just 40 minutes away.

Leave the airport on the exit road (Route de Campo Dell Oro) and at the main road roundabout turn right onto the N193(T20) towards Corte and Bastia. Follow the N193 for around 2.1km. 2. At the roundabout take the right turn onto the N196(T40) towards Propriano, Sartène and Bonifacio. Stay on the N196 for around 109km passing through Propriano, Sartène and Pianotolli. 3. After Pianotelli you will come to the D859 on your left signposted Porto Vecchio, Figari and Sotta. Take this road which will take you past the turn off for Figari airport and through the villages of Figari and Sotta. 4. Just after the Total garage on the outskirts of Porto Vecchio you will come to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout towards Bastia (N198). 5. Follow the N198(T10) around Porto Vecchio over several roundabouts following signs for Bastia. You will continue on this road for about 17km passing through the villages of Trinité and Lecci. 6. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 3. From Bastia Airport (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes; 113km) 1. Once you have left the airport, after 1.2km you will come to a roundabout. Go straight ahead over the bridge and take the 1st exit on the right signposted Calvi, Ajaccio and Bonifacio. 2. Continue on this road for 5.8km. At the next roundabout go straight over towards Porto Vecchio. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to your right signposted Porto Vecchio N198(T10). 3. Follow this road down the coast through Aléria, Ghisonaccia and Solenzara. About 25km after Solenzara you will reach the village of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio. 4. Immediately after the traffic lights slow down and turn left into a small side road between the houses with exterior staircases. Look out for the Bar Le Wagram on your right and the tabac on your left. 5. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 4. From Calvi Airport (approximately 3 hours; 187km) 1. Turn right out of the airport. After 3km you will come to a roundabout. Take the 1st exit to your right onto the N197 signposted Ile Rousse. You pass Ile Rousse 20km further on. 2. Continue on this road towards Ponte Leccia. At Ponte Leccia continue southwards towards Corte. 3. Continue until you come into Corte. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the T50 towrds Aleria and Porto Vecchio. 4. Follow this road to Aléria, where you turn right onto the N198(T10) towards Ghisonaccia and Solenzara. About 25km after Solenzara you will reach the village of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio. 5. Immediately after the traffic lights slow down and turn left into a small side road between the houses with exterior staircases. Look out for the Bar Le Wagram on your right and the tabac on your left. 6. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 4. From Figari Airport (approximately 45 minutes; 40.6km) 1. The car park exit is on the right as you face the terminal building. At the exit to the car park bear right to join the road (the left turn takes you back to the terminal). Continue straight on for approximately 3kms until you reach the roundabout. 2. At the following 2 roundabouts take the 2nd exit in the direction of Porto-Vecchio and continue down this route for 16 kilometres, passing through the village of Sotta. 3. After about 16km you will see a Total garage on your right, followed immediately by a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit following signs to Bastia. Soon after you will come upon a 2nd roundabout. Take the 2nd exit following the signs across the next few roundabouts for Bastia N198 (T10). You will continue on this road for about 17km passing through the villages of Trinite and Lecci. 4. When you reach the small village of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio look out for the Spar supermarket and then the garage on your left. Slow down and turn right off the road before the Bar Le Wagram on your left between houses with exterior staircases. If you reach the traffic lights you have gone too far. 5. Cross over a small bridge, take the first right and follow the track a short way until you see the house “Piniolo”. Turn left into the drive/track by “Piniolo” the track leads to the front Casa Julia. 6. You will find the keys on the terrace in the barbecue.
