'The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. 'We weren't very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights They put us next to the back entrance and the door slammed all night. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. 'Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet.
