Excellent customer service from the pool to the restaurants to front desk services, they were always friendly and accommodating above & beyond. Ask Kim, the owner for Tonya’s phone number, she has a concierge service who booked airport transfers, shopped for food, made great restaurant recommendations and made a beautiful private boat reservation for us. It was perfect and she did not let us down! ...

'This was our 4th visit to La Estancia. The accommodations, the team, and the service just check all the boxes for our family. Great pool, good food, swimmable protected beach, walk to town, kitchen in the unit which is great for cooking and feeding picky eaters. We keep considering vacations elsewhere but love everything about VLE! Thank you! '
