Ferienhaus Zinnowitz (Seebad)

This 53-square-metre three-room holiday home, which sleeps up to 4 people, is situated as a detached property at the rear of the owner’s 940-square-metre residential plot, within a quiet residential area in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 800 metres away, whilst restaurants, cafés and shops are within a 500-metre radius. The holiday home comprises a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a separate kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The property is heated by central heating. A furnished terrace with barbecue facilities and a parking space are available for your use. A high chair and a cot can be provided for young children. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. If arriving by car, you must bring your own bed linen. Pets are not permitted. The Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is a state-recognised climatic health resort and is therefore subject to a visitor’s tax (payable on site).



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade dotted with villas well worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, as well as tennis courts and thermal baths ensure a varied holiday. In summer, spa and cultural programmes take place regularly. A highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed throughout the summer on the open-air stage. The town also boasts a 300-metre-long pier with a diving platform. From here, boat trips can be taken to other seaside resorts as far as Poland.
