'Friendly staff'

'It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable.'

'The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium.'

'Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. '

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'The front desk attendant was making weird sexual comments to my friend when we were checking in, and when she asked what room we have, he said that he can’t say, so she asked if he was going to show us then, and in response he said, “well I could bring you up to your room, but if I did that I would probably get fired”'

'The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not...

'The only thing that was missing was when I checked in the front desk agent asked for my info, a cc, and gave me my keys. No welcome info, no amenity info, no direction- nothing. I had never been there before and that was a huge miss from a hospitality standpoint.'

'Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. '

'Staff in breakfastroom and bar were friendley. Frontdeskstaff not so customerfriendley. Floor in the bathroom was not clean every day. '
