Welcome to Dune Villa 7. In this beautifully located villa with breathtaking views over the dunes, we offer you a private apartment for 2 adults and 1 child.
The private apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is accessible by lift. You enter the living room with open kitchen. The gallery facade offers beautiful views and makes the apartment bright and spacious. The gas fireplace is an eye-catcher and gives it a warm atmosphere. There is 1 bedroom with a single and a double bed. Spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The bedroom has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view.
Parking is available in front of the villa on private property.

As a guest, you will have access to the apartment located in the house from the landlords.

## Interaction

We, hosts of Smiling Host, interact with our guests. You will be greeted at the apartment by our host for a personal welcome, key exchange and some great tips about the neighbourhood. We will also send a confirmation email to help you prepare for your trip, with general travel tips and specific information about your arrival. During your stay, we are available for any questions or problems.

## Neighbourhood

In summer, Zandvoort's elongated beach offers many Beach Clubs where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, relax with your feet in the sand or go for a lovely walk. In winter, fewer Beachclubs are open but you can still come and enjoy a sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The bustle of the city around the corner and accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite- or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is located at the edge of Zandvoort surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world-famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

## Public transport

The villa is located just outside zandvoort, on a dune, in a quiet green neighbourhood. The nearest bus stop is a 9-minute walk away.
Zandvoort Station is 25 minutes' walk away, direct connections to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.
