Kondarini - 4 Bedroom Villa with Sea View

Villa Kondarini near Gaidaros beach: a two-story, 240 sq.m. maisonette with a breath-taking sea view, which sleeps 10 persons and features a swimming pool!

Entering Villa Kondarini, you will find the spacious living room with view of the sea on your left, as well as the dining area. There is also the second living room with a fireplace and a comfortable corner couch. On the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom that features a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor features an open-plan office with a desk and a PC, as well as three bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with a double bed – the other two are equipped with two single beds each. On this level, you will also find two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. If your group consists of more than 8 guests, we can add two foldable beds to the bedrooms with the single beds. Both floors have furnished balconies, and all rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The basement is equipped with a pool table and a treadmill.

The outdoors features a 7m x 3m swimming pool with loungers and parasols, as well as a built BBQ and a dining area – the perfect place for deep relaxation!

The Villa Kondarini owners also run a beach bar on the nearby Gaidaros beach, as well as an accommodation with rooms to let next to the Villa – which means that they are nearby and available to help you with whatever you may need!
