'The entire 3rd floor smelled horrible; I arrived around midnight after a 6 hour flight only to find the nastiest bed sheets ever. I called the receptionist and they changed my room. The showers were nasty dirty, the carpets were drenched in Fabreeze--- horrible experience'

'Noisy room facing the street. My chair collapsed by the hot tub area and I fell. I reported it to the front desk but I was never contacted. Maintenance looked at it and found that the bolts had been removed from the chair. I followed up with an exray when I got home.'

'Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff in the Lobby. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Oorspronkelijk niet de juiste kamer (2 bedroom apartment) gekregen. Dit werd hersteld, maar nu krijg ik voor beide kamers de afrekening (dubbel belast dus). Slordig. '

'It was a usual stay can’t really complain for what I paid'
