'Our stay at the GrandWest Arashiyama was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, reception was incredibly helpful, and the location was quiet and idyllic. During our stay we made the most of the amenities including free refreshments, a washing/drying machine, and a cute cafe situated just downstairs from the hotel entrance. Our stay here was easily one of the best parts of our trip to Japan and I highly encourage those visiting Arashiyama to consider this hotel!'

'The room was within walking distance from the bamboo forest and local restaurants. It was hard to find dining at night because some restaurants close early and you have to cross bridge to search for other restaurants. Too many gnats flying around. Gnats were also in the rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful and patient.'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! 'It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel .'

'一入到酒店就要除鞋。。完全進入一個他他咪嘅世界。。一入到去就放啲鞋喺locker交鎖匙俾reception。。之後個程序每一次離開酒店就放低房鎖匙。。再攞返條鞋櫃鎖匙。。返嚟嘅時候俾返鞋櫃鎖匙再攞返房鎖匙。。我就試咗佢嘅日式晚餐。。真心都幾好食。。每日早餐自助餐，超級豐富。。而酒店裏面都有溫泉。。分別有五個私人溫泉同一個公眾溫泉。。夜晚仲有宵夜。。呢度服務好好。。下次再嚟京都我都會揀返呢間溫泉酒店'
