The Space:

The property offers bright and comfortable living spaces designed to make your stay enjoyable. Guests can relax in the spacious lounge, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy comfortable bedrooms with quality linens. High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, central heating, and all essential amenities are provided for a convenient stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any outdoor space available. Self check-in allows you to arrive at your convenience, making your stay as seamless as possible.

A short bus ride or a pleasant 25 minute walk along the scenic River Ouse brings you directly into the heart of the city, where you can explore the magnificent York Minster, the Shambles, and world class museums. Closer to home, you will find a variety of local amenities including friendly pubs, cafes, and shops along Fulford Road. The property is also perfectly positioned for visitors heading to the University of York or a day at the York Racecourse, both of which are easily accessible by a short drive or public transport.



Getting Around:

Getting around York is simple from The Fulford Tram Cottage. We provide a private garage for secure parking during your stay. If you prefer public transport, frequent bus services run along Fulford Road, connecting you to the city centre in about ten minutes. York Railway Station is approximately a ten minute drive or a short bus ride away, offering excellent rail links to London, Edinburgh, and beyond. For those traveling by air, Leeds Bradford Airport is about a fifty minute drive from the property.

* Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



* Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



* Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



* No parties, events, or smoking are permitted inside the property.



* Losing a key results on a £75 fine as we will have to pay for someone to bring them a new one plus get a new one cut.



* The property is conveniently located with excellent transport links, making it easy to reach York city centre, York Racecourse, the University of York, and nearby attractions.
