There are glass doors opening on to the balcony - the perfect spot for a morning coffee, or evening glass of wine. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious bedrooms feature comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen and ample storage space for clothes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers (and 1 bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). Guests also benefit from access to the communal gym in the building opposite. The building is very safe, with a dedicated concierge and 24/7 CCTV in communal areas.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

A 5 minute walk from York city centre. The city has a huge variety of bars and restaurants as well as countless historical attractions to explore. There is also a range of shops and cafes on the same road and a large supermarket with petrol station around the corner for your convenience.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, you are in walking distance of most areas of the city. If you don't fancy the walk there are local bus services leaving from the main road around the corner. York train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a short bus/taxi ride away.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.



Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
