    Uitzicht op de oceaan / strand vanuit de meeste kamers en achterdek. U zult genieten van de prachtige inrichting en nieuwe meubels in dit als nieuwe huis - met veel leuke ruimte zowel binnen als in de tuin. Slaap comfortabel met hoogwaardige matrassen, kussens en beddengoed beschikbaar.

    Een zeer korte wandeling naar Long Sands Beach .... ongeveer 500 voet! Terwijl je naar het strand loopt, ben je vlak bij het centrum van Long Sands beach, net ten zuiden van het Sun & Surf Restaurant. Geweldig voor gezinnen vanwege de hoeveelheid strandruimte, zelfs bij vloed, en de beste krab en getijdenpooling in de stad bij eb! Perfecte plek om te wandelen of hardlopen langs het strand ook. En een korte wandeling naar enkele van de lokale restaurants of neem de trolley naar de Nubble Lighthouse of Short Sands Beach vanaf het einde van de straat. Drijvers zijn te huur en het surfgebied Long Sands ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Badmeesters die de hele zomer dienst hebben.

    Geniet van ontbijt, lunch of diner op het achterdek van 30'x12 'terwijl u geniet van de geluiden en uitzicht op de oceaan. Wijk is overwegend eigenaar bewoond. Zeer veilige buurt. Doodlopende weg met 10 huizen.

This was a great house for my family of five. It slept everyone comfortably and was just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for a stay while in town for a family wedding

Property is immaculate and plenty of space. Our family (2 adults / 3 college aged children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for the family wedding as most of our family was staying close by. Great location, stress free get away! Would rent again for sure

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the home. There was 9 of us and fit us all. Close to beach but also quiet and relaxing. A big thumbs up!

Wonderful getaway

Very roomy, clean, well-stocked for our family of 10. Short walk to beach and very comfortable deck. We would have been more comfortable if the bedrooms had bureaus or luggage racks. Overall we would recommend this property.

This property offered us a very good "sweet spot" for balancing distance from the beach without being too crazy expensive To. We have a three and a five year-old and if it was any farther away it would've been difficult. Any closer and we might not have wanted to spend the money. It was just right! Comfy beds too :-)

House exceeded our expectations! Ed responded to any and all questions quickly and personally. Communication between homeowner and renter can make or break any stay and Ed completely made this stay great!

Terrific house!

We loved our time in York. Ed was such a great host and made the process very painless. The house was just as advertised, and Long Sands exceeded our expectations. It is difficult to find a vacation that pleases both the forty something parents, the teens, the preteens and the littles, but this house did it. We had a great week and are so thankful for the memories.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. Clean and spacious home. Ed was great communicator and had some nice local recommendations. Only knock would be on the cleaning requested prior to departure, which included not just stripping beds/towels but running thru washer and dryer. Seemed excessive, especially considering we were already paying a cleaning fee. Overall, very positive experience and would stay again.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home for a weekend! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10, we fit comfortably with just one extra air mattress. The layout made it so easy for everyone to spend time together, whether we were cooking, doing crafts, eating meals around the table, or just relaxing and catching up.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, and everything we needed to make meals for a large group, which made hosting and staying in so easy and enjoyable. The home itself was, cozy, and had such a welcoming atmosphere.We also loved the location it was peaceful and private while still being only about 15 minutes from Portsmouth, so we got the best of both worlds: relaxing at the house and exploring the area.The only small downside was that guests are required to wash and dry their own bedding and towels before checkout, which was a bit inconvenient with a larger group. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and the stay exceeded our expectations.Overall, this was the perfect spot for a group getaway, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in a great location, within easy walking distance to the water and coastline. The house was clean, impeccably organized, and maintained. However, given the high price of the rental, we were frustrated that we had to make beds, clean sheets and towels and have everything folded and back in a closet before an 11:00 check put time. In addition, there are no dressers, luggage stands or any place (other than the flood) to put the luggage. A folding luggage stand in each room would be a welcome and easy fix.

Great retreat!

This property was perfect for our family of ten. Having the bedrooms upstairs away from evening adult noise helped the little ones sleep well. The kitchen was adequately appointed with everything that you could want. Plenty of disposable paper goods were supplied. A wonderful beverage cooler was located on the lowest level allowing the refrigerator to be used mainly for food items. The bedrooms were nicely sized, ceiling fans helped keep us cool and the beds were very comfortable. Great Weber grill was on the deck for easy access to the kitchen and it was very clean. Plenty of parking was available and the short walk to the beach allowed us to skip the dreaded search for expensive parking spots. We hope to rent this property again in the future, it was everything we had hoped for in a vacation home destination .

Maine getaway for 6 adult family members

Quiet side street-enjoyed the deck, the grill and the fire pit. House was large and modern with lots of room. Owner was gracious and quick to respond. Wed rent again.
