'I went up to tacoma for work and this place was so clean and nice. I needed to extend my stay for one night and the owners were so helpful. It was quiet and felt very private especially for the price. Ill try to stay here again if its not booked'

'My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. '

Close to parks, downtown sites & restaurants, and I-5 for seeing more of Washington. We were there during an unexpected heat advisory, so the extra fans were great! Great place to stay while spending time with kids and grandkids!!'
