'大廳裝潢設計美觀。房間寬敞、明亮舒適。早餐尚可。服務人員親切有禮。唯一待改進之處是洗浴的水量太小。'

'My booking was lost, but hotel solved it by giving a room till they solved the problem. It took over an hour to check in. Restaurant is great, staff did their best. Beijing duck and pleasant wines for an ok budget. House atmo was very pleasant, corridor in cellar to room had unpleasant smell. Pools had not opened. Kids club was still closed, this I found out locally. No mentioning by booking. This is one of the first hotels on walking distance I found to visit the wall. I give it a second...

'House was perfect to suit our needs of traveling with three families. Lots of space and well equipped and stocked with everything one might need. Host was timely and thorough in her communication, and even helped to arrange food delivery and transportation. Proximity to ski resort was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!'

'The service at the restaurant was so bad'

'This stay was absolutely sublime. Located peacefully in the heart of the mountains where you can see parts of the Great Wall, it’s the perfect base camp for those wishing to tackle one of the wonders of the world! Host Andrew and his wife were phenomenal in their hospitality. Super responsive from the moment the booking was made. We had originally booked a two-bedded room for three travellers (2 men & woman) and upon Andrew realising the make up of our group, he allowed us to have an additional...

'Excellent location near to the Great Wall. The staff is amazing and very helpful for everything you need. The food is local and delicious. Highly recommended!'

'The hotel is new and clean. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was extremely busy.'

'The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing '

'Location great. Restaurant around the corner very good. Room was ok, with tiny bathroom, a bit pricey for what it is, but then the location was great.'

'I love this place so much.'
