Évadez-vous dans ce qui est connu de notre famille depuis 50 ans comme l'endroit le plus magique du monde !!!! El Cocal est une communauté fermée de maisons de plage nichée entre les belles montagnes et l'océan des Caraïbes sur la côte est de Porto Rico. Ici, votre esprit, votre corps et votre âme ne peuvent s'empêcher de se détendre et de ne faire qu'un avec la nature.
Villa Luna dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. La première chambre a deux lits doubles, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, la troisième chambre un lit superposé avec des lits jumeaux en haut et plein en bas et un bouton et la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète ... Cuisine complète, salon, home cinéma, tv, dvd, station ipod, jeux, films, salle à manger, 2 balcons avec vue sur l'océan et vue sur la montagne, véranda avec vue sur l'océan, hammacs et mobilier d'extérieur, douche extérieure, laveuse et sécheuse, tous les draps et serviettes fourni, parking, club house avec terrain de basket, chaises de plage, basket, etc. Près de la plongée en apnée, des restaurants, du golf, de la forêt tropicale, du vieux San Juan.

Such a gorgeous home. Honestly the pics don’t do it justice. The views from the front of the house are breath taking!! Stunning morning light. I love the hardwood floors which are so hard to find in PR. So much space and HIGH ceilings. The master bed was so comfy! The proximity to the beach is also a HUGE bonus for families. We spent our first and last day just enjoying the beach at the house. Just about a minute walk down the street. There is a small cove to the left protected by rocks and is the perfect place for snorkeling. There are also decent waves on the main beach which the kids loved. If you walk down to the right there’s cute swing on the south end that looks great for pics. There were usually just one or two groups on the entire beach. Very laid back and peaceful. Our kids also loved the backyard pool. It was nice to have as an option but we loved the beach the best. Definitely would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Yabucoa! The location was perfect-easy to navigate (driveway is a bit steep but workable), close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and just about an hour from the airport. The pool was very relaxing, and the home had all of the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the sunrise view from the primary bedroom- absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful way to start each morning. Overall a great spot for anyone looking for convenience. comfort, and a lovely setting. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. Well appointed kitchen. AC in all the bedrooms. Lounge chairs by the pool. Hammocks, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and beach toys all provided. The master suite is phenomenal! The other beds are super comfy. Great communication with Elizabeth!

This home fit our party of 11 great (Elizabeth was kind to let us add one more unexpected child to our trip last minute). Clean home! We had 4 kids with us and they absolutely LOVED the pool facing the gorgeous hillside area. We even saw an iguana, caught frogs, and tried a couple of star fruits! We spent many mornings sitting out and watching the ocean. The waves were rough (maybe something to do with the hurricane going towards Jamaica) but we still managed to let the kids swim in the area surrounded by rocks to block some waves a couple of days and traveled to Luquillo for another calmer beach day. The house was very easy to get to and from all the places we wanted to visit while there. We appreciated the well stocked home, even with condiments/spices etc. The ACs in the bedrooms worked really well and kept us all cool at night while sleeping. Coming from Colorado with no humidity, it took us a couple of nights to get used to no AC in the living areas, but once we added some fans (also provided) we all were able to sit and visit very comfortably with a warm breeze! The driveway is steep, so as stated having a higher clearance vehicle works best, but overall it wasn’t a hurdle at all. A couple of “constructive criticisms” for this home would be to maybe have a long handled squeegee to swipe over the outdoor tiles after getting wet to dry quicker and outdoor hanging hooks to hang wet towels/swimsuits and shaper knives or sharpener. We would definitely return! Thank you!
Four generations were able to come together for a first time visit in Puerto Rico!

Beautiful House

We recently returned from this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was amazing and the check-in process was very easy. We didn't realize that the house only had air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but that was our fault for missing it in the details. We also heard that this is common in Puerto Rico. It does get very warm in the common areas, so recommend opening up all the doors to get a breeze. Otherwise, everything was beautiful and there was everything you could have possibly wanted or needed. She even had available beach towels, sunscreen, first aid kit, board games, beach chairs and cards. If you are visiting Puerto Rico, I would recommend this house and Elizabeth!

Have you been on vacations where you wished you had stayed off the grid more? This is where you need to come stay. Living an incredibly hectic, stressful life, I often crave the simplicity of my grandmother's house (large, open air home) and an atmosphere for people to talk and truly spend time. We came here with my husband's parents (who are in their middle 80s and not well but who once lived in San Juan and loved it.). They wanted to be on the island once more before they died. We brought our adult children and two best friends as well, and the 8 of us truly found this place indescribable. It was all the comforts of air conditioning in bedrooms, while having natural ocean breezes that blow from front to back of the open-concept living spaces. The beach below it is a hidden paradise where you can swim/float in calmer lagoon or get into bigger waves on the other side. The frogs and birds and sound of waves lulled us to sleep. Having grown up camping, this was an amazing sound. The town of Yabacoa (the epicenter of Hurricane Maria) is rebuilding and has local food and amazing views to offer. We had only an hour drive to San Juan for day trips. The next town over Humacoa had all kinds of modern shopping, restaurants, etc. This is a place you must see for yourself. We absolutely want to come back!

I would like to start with how accurate the online listing is to reality. The home was completely breath taking from the inside to the outside. I couldn’t help but to notice how clean and organized everything was. This home had everything we needed from material things, space for our big family, sense of security, and beautiful views. The view from the master bedroom was undeniably one of my favorite things. Even the construction across the way didn’t take away from anything. The pool was a main attraction for our family. The view of the rainforest while we swam and listened to music was amazing. This was the first time we traveled to Puerto Rico and our experience was so positive that I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thank you so much Elizabeth for sharing paradise with my family. Sending love from New Orleans, the Woods family.

Beautiful Stay!

We brought our son to Puerto Rico to celebrate him graduating High School. This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and this house turned out to be an excellent choice for us!! Such beautiful views in both front and back! House had everything we needed for our 5 night stay to make it feel like home and the pool was great! Could use a few updates, especially to downstairs bathroom, but this was an amazing house for the price. We would definitely rent again in the future!!! Recommend for families for sure!

Beautiful Villa in a great location!

It was a wonderful visit and Elizabeth is an incredible host! The villa was just as pictured and was well appointed! The beach was so close and given the location, seemed very private and quiet! Shopping and other amenities were just a short 10 minute drive for the most part!! Loved our time there!!

Beautiful Home

This place is as pictured and fit our needs well! Pros: nearby beach, open concept and spacious, excellent breeze throughout home and great pool with beach chairs and umbrella!! The only con is the upstairs family room lacks comfortable seating. We love watching movies as a family in the evening and found this to be the only downfall to the place. I highly recommend as the pros definitely make it an excellent choice!!

Spring break

We enjoyed the house, two families of 4 had plenty of room. Many of the rooms have amazing views, plenty of windows. The downstairs can be opened up in the front and back to let the air through. Its nice in the back having no houses, just jungle. We enjoyed a mango that fell off the tree, something we clearly dont get in the North. The proximity to the beach was great and the water was perfect. Forecast called for clouds and rain everyday and it barely rained 10 min or had a cloud. Even enjoyed company of some friendly stray dogs. The roads are a little crazy but you can get to some restaurants with nice views in 10 min. Overall it seemed a bit remote. The house does have a lot of tile so have to be careful with the pool water. Was hard to keep clean but thats what happens with 4 kids on a trip!

A slice of paradise!

Everything about this house was just as described. It was light and airy and the views were breathtaking! The pool was great for the times we wanted to relax but the kids wanted to swim. The beach was amazing and we loved swimming and hunting for shells.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed our stay. We had some initial difficulty to find it but Elisabeth was very helpful to get us properly oriented when we called her. This is a great house with great views of ocean and rain forest behind the house. We were much appreciative that the house was well-stocked and things like beach chairs were provided. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful, and Elizabeth was very accommodating! The home is just a short walk from the beach. There aren't any good restaurants very close. We had to drive at least 20 minutes to get a good meal. There is a nice grocery store and Walgreens in town but no boutiques.

Beautiful home!

We had a group of 10 and greatly enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for everyone, it was a friendly and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and exploring other local towns. We would definitely recommend and come back in a heartbeat!
