'Staff was super helpful and the room was very cozy'

'Very nice apartment experience for a quick stay in Toronto. A bit of a trick to figure out the entry process, but the host was very helpful. Near restaurants, stores and transport.'

'Wonderful hotel, stayed here because of a concert at budweiser stage. Close to the venue, just not a lot of other options around...'

'Het was prima,hoede airco.'

'Cool location, clean rooms, very convenient closet of amenities. Hotel staff was very helpful and treated us with care, but it was also nice not having to directly deal with anyone. We really appreciate their flexibility, kindness, and responsiveness! Amazing stay, we would love to be here again next time we're in Toronto!'

'Super clean'

'Had great memories and made new memories. Loved the bed!'

'Great vibe, love the location. There is a new and an old part. Do yourself a favor, book the new part!'

'Leuk en gezellig hostel. Goed met ov bereikbaar. Gelegen tegenover een gebruikersplek.'

'The host did not check in the keys properly at time of check in. We arrived 4 hours after the earliest check in time and the keys were not available at that time using the KeyCafe kiosk and app. I called the host and they eventually were able to fix the issue. We waited a very stressful 40-45 minutes before the matter was resolved. The host would not accept responsibility for the issue and blamed it on the KeyCafe program. Once I explained my situation to the keyCafe support staff they...

'It was exactly as expected. Its a small room, but perfect for our needs. its affordable. It was quiet, it was cozy. The pictures are accurate. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. Its not luxurious, but it was what we expected. To check in we rang the door bell on the door beside it. The woman found us on the list of guests, photographs my ID, gave us the key for our room and and showed us the code to get in the building and the wifi posted just inside the door. Was very quick....

'It was very clean and in a good location.'
